11:00am Monticello Historical Tour begins.
12:30pm Guest pick-up at Monticello for lunch at the Greencroft Club.
2:30pm Return transportation to hotels.

Explore Charlottesville

Shuttles will run from 10:00am to 3:00pm, connecting Boar’s Head Resort, Farmington Country Club, Kimpton Forum Hotel, and the Grounds at UVA.

UVA Grounds Pickup Times

10:45am, 11:15am, 11:45am, 12:15pm, 12:45pm, 1:15pm, 1:45pm, 2:15pm, 2:45pm.

Boarding will be available outside any of the above-mentioned hotels or at the designated drop-off point at the University Chapel on the UVA Grounds. Please note that parking will not be available at Verdant Lawn for Friday and Saturday’s events. We highly encourage guests to use the transportation provided from your hotel, as rideshare services in Charlottesville can be limited and unreliable.

If you choose to use a rideshare service, please be aware that wait times may exceed 20 minutes, and make sure to direct your driver to enter via the gate at Route 250. There will be signage onsite for their exit route.
